Accepting and Stepping Up Your Leadership

Recently, my company has been presented with a new direction that was not totally comfortable to our team. It meant more work hours, more study, and more commitment. While our team is already working on their own projects and extending time to Green-Williams & Associates, I had to step up and show that we can do it. It isn't easy. But the rewards will be great if we stay strong and remain dedicated.
What this new experience has offered me is that there comes a time when prayers will be answered and you must respond. Here was my chance. So I did.
How do I remain strong in such new territory? Through much study and prayer. We have to remind ourselves that it is our love for people and to make a difference, in their lives that we do what we do. It's not for fame or glory, but instead to give glory.
So when you ask in HIS name "enlarge my territory", be ready for a response. If its "yes" be grateful; if its "NO" be grateful. But be sure to willingly accept your "new territory" (task), and step up to the plate and give it all you've got. Allow your leadership qualities to flourish, and HE will direct your path.

Blessings,
